Welcome to Studio6

We are not your traditional art gallery — we are the creative spirit of the Lower East Side, where art is experienced, not just observed. Studio6 is a place to meet artists, to connect with collectors, exchange ideas, collaborate, shoot pool and watch the game as we raise a glass in celebration. Yes, we are here to sell art, but we believe the art buying experience should be as inspiring as the artwork itself.

At Studio6, we curate a space where everyone knows your name and anyone can get their fifteen minutes of fame. Step inside and let’s make history, break tradition and set a new standard for art culture.

About SacSix

SacSix moved to New York City 20 years ago, with a life-long dream to write and art direct television commercials. Over the years, he quickly rose through the ranks of the hyper-competitive industry—creating campaigns for global brands and earning accolades that took his ideas across the world.

But while SacSix was building a name for himself in advertising, something else was happening. He had fallen in love with the streets of New York—not just the energy, but the art on the walls, including graffiti, wheatpastes, stickers and murals. After years of documenting this world through photography, he began to imagine his own contributions to it.

In late 2015, SacSix put up his very first wheatpaste. That single piece of art changed the trajectory of his life. By day, he continued crafting commercials. By night, he hit the streets. Within just six months, his work caught the attention of MTV, leading him to curate and direct the launch of the MTV Video Music Awards. Since then, he has partnered and collaborated with global brands like Adidas, Four Loko and the Grammys. His art has also been featured in films by Spike Lee, Michael Bay and is now part of the permanent collection at the New York Historical Society.

In 2018, SacSix left advertising behind to pursue art full time. But his mission was never just about making art—it was about building a community around it. Over the next few years, he curated more than 100 shows across New York City, showcasing work from both established names and emerging local talent.

Today, SacSix has taken his creativity to a new medium—not the streets, but brick and mortar. He’s built Studio6, a new kind of art gallery, in the Lower East Side, that is challenging the rules of the traditional art gallery. With Studio6, SacSix brings his expertise, network, and vision together to create a new hub for creativity, collaboration, and community.
