Motomichi
MOTOMICHI is a Japanese-born, immersive and projection mapping creator and painter. As a Parsons School of Design graduate, his bold, three-color work draws on childhood fears, mythical monsters, and a playful graphic style shaped by his Japanese roots and experiences in the U.S. and Latin America. His films have screened at major festivals including Sundance Film Festival, Onedotzero Festival, Pictoplasma, and Holland International Film Festival, while his film Okami won at the Leeds International Film Festival. His projection installations have been shown worldwide at venues such as the New Museum of Contemporary Art, Winzavod - Moscow Contemporary Art Center, Olympia Park Munich, MARCO and Gaîté Lyrique.
